For the purposes set out in the EU Regulation no. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data at Le Sibille srl:

Purpose of the processing: The personal data provided are necessary for the purpose of concluding and managing the professional assignment report, for the legal obligations envisaged for the performance of the activity and for the fiscal part;
Data retention period: The retention of the personal data provided will take place for the entire duration of the professional assignment conferred and for further years 10 for keeping records as required by law;

Rights of the interested party: In relation to the data object of the treatment referred to in the present informative to the interested party the right to:
- Access (Article 15 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679);
- Correction (Article 16 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679);
- Cancellation (Article 17 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679);
- Limitation (Article 18 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679);
- Portability, understood as the right to obtain from the data controller the data in a structured format of common use and legible by automatic device to transmit them to another data controller without impediments (Article 20 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679);
- Opposition to processing (Article 21 EU Regulation No. 2016/679);
- Withdrawal of the consent to the processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent acquired prior to the revocation (Article 7, paragraph 3 of EU Regulation n / 2016/679);
- Propose a complaint to the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (Article 51 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679).
- Data transfer: where applicable, in the manner provided and communicated in advance.
The “purpose of processing” includes the transmission of tax data to Studio Dott.Andrea Mazzetti Piazza Capranica 78 00186 Rome for tax processing in accordance with the law.
